🌟 Terms of Service 🌟

·In this document you will find information about the orders and the process at the time of their realization.
·Once you commision me you accept and agree all these terms.
·So please read this carefully before ordering a commission.

▪️▫️ INFORMATION ▫️▪️

  • The commissions are first come first serve.

  • I need at least one reference as an image of the character.

  • Once the commission to be made and the budget are clear, the payment will be made.

  • Once I receive the payment, I will start working.

  • I retain the copyright to all commissioned work.

  • If the commission is a fanart, I reserve the right to sell it on others plataforms.

  • I will publish the finish artwork on my socials/portfolio.

  • Do not copy, edit, trace, redistribute or use my work without permission neither remove the signature nor credit the authorship of the work.

  • I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time.

▪️▫️PAYMENT & REFUNDS▫️▪️

  • Payment is in advance only via PayPal in EUR.

  • I will not start work until full payment is made.

  • You can request a refund of the payment if you want to cancel it, but only in the sketch phase; and in which 50% will be returned.

  • Once the final work has begun, I will not make a refund.

  • I will only make a complete refund if I can't complete your commission.

▪️▫️PROCESS▫️▪️

  • You must provide all the necessary information about the commission before starting it.

  • Images and references are appreciated to be able to carry out a more detailed work (completely necessary one image at least).

  • I will show you the sketch for your approval (this is the only time when you can ask for changes).

  • You can make 2 changes maximum in the sketch process.

  • From the 3rd change, an extra 10% of the final budget will be applied.

  • Changes cannot be done once the final work has begun and the commission is finished.

  • I will send you your commission finished via email.

  • Remember that you have paid for a digital product.

  • If you want, tell me your @ to tag you when I post the commission finished on social networks.

  • Original Characters (OC's)

  • Kemonomimi (animal ears and tail)

  • Semi-Furry

❌I DON'T DRAW▫️▪️

  • Mechas & Complicated Armors

  • Detailed/Complicated Vehicles

  • Furries

  • NSFW, Hentai, +18

▪️▫️PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE▫️▪️

  • The commissions are for personal use only (don't make any profit of it).

  • Give me credit on your social networks when you publish your commission.

  • NFT or AI software purposes are strictly prohibited and not allowed.

  • If you are looking for comercial use, communicate it previously to calculate prices and special conditions.

  • If you need concrete work for various illustrations for books/novels/games or graphics for videogames, contact me to see what I should do and give you a quote.
